A few weeks ago I had some time to kill between appointments, so I wandered into Acey Designs Boutique here in Fort Collins. I had been in this boutique once before, but I never bought anything because I assumed that the prices were too steep. Boy was I wrong!
First of all, this little shop is filled with stunning clothes and accessories. And, to my surprise, it has such great deals and discounts–which is a major plus because if you’re anything like me, you don’t like spending an arm and a leg. I am pretty frugal when it comes to clothing and accessories, so I was pleasantly surprised!
There is a rack of clearance items on the store’s porch that immediately caught my attention. As we are heading into cooler weather, I picked out a beautiful grape-colored turtle neck that was marked 25% off! This sweater is thick and warm with unique, fun sleeves.
Allyson, the owner of the boutique, struck up a conversation with me and we had a lovely chat together. She is so personable and kind, which made shopping all the more fun!
There was a great deal for face masks–two for $15.00. So, I opted for a black one with white stars and a cream colored leopard print mask. They are so cute and comfy! I also got a bandana head scarf. I had been searching everywhere for one; it is polka dot print and perfect as a headband!
There was also a deal for rings! And let me tell you, Acey Designs has the prettiest jewelry; I think a lot of it is even locally made! I chose these two: a lightening bolt (so trendy right now) and a leaf-y wrap around.
My favorite find was a gorgeous fall-themed camper mug! It’s gotten a lot of use already, and to make matters even better, it was only $12.00 with the discount that I got by joining the text-message rewards club!
I only spent $60.00 in total!!! I seriously lucked out and came away with a major steal. I had a blast at Acey Designs! I bought high-end, quality items for cheap and had a great time talking with Allyson. If you live in the Fort Collins or Windsor areas, I strongly recommend checking this shop out!
